Size & General Appearance
- Height: Approximately 30–33 cm (12–13 inches) at the shoulder
- Weight: Typically between 5.5–8 kg
- Coat: Silky, medium-length coat that may be slightly wavy
- Ears: Long, feathered, and set high
- Tail: Usually carried level with the back
Colours
Cavalier King Charles Spaniels come in four official breed colours:
- Blenheim – Chestnut markings on a white background
- Tricolour – Black and white with tan markings
- Ruby – Solid rich red
- Black & Tan – Black with tan markings on eyebrows, cheeks, legs, and underside
